Today was my first day at Salon 103 but considering I have followed Wanda B Locklear all over town for the last 12 years I will say she has done great for herself. I love her work no matter where she is but I especially love her new salon where I can get her undivided attention. “Simplicity” best describes Salon 103 and although the salon is great, Wanda is EXCELLENT!
